Southeast Texas Olive, LLC is locally grown and produced by Randy and Ann Brazil with busi­ness partners Rhonda, Steve and Culley Devillier. What started out as the spontaneous idea of Gino Venitucci, an Italian petroleum engineer, has become a new Texas export. Although not native to the area, olives flourish in the warm gulf climate and after several years of research, Venitucci’s dream has become a reality.”
